License and Compliance Resource, LLC was founded in 1997 by Jennifer C. Lewis, JD after working as in-house counsel for the largest sub-prime lender in Virignia. Her responsiblities included procurement and maintainence of dozens of state licenses to engage in both mortgage lending and brokering. At that time she realized what a headache this must be for all size lending and brokering institutions because every state is unique. License and Compliance Resource, LLC has allowed her to relieve this tedious burden for hundreds of clients over the last 14 years.
In 2001 Max Lewis, MBA joined the firm as a partner and has provided hundreds of clients with exemplary service.
